「My experience at Canaan spa was excellent . The guests and impressions were thought out to the most minute detail. The hosts were truly overly amiable. I truly look forward to visiting again. I already put in a good reference to my chavruttah. He is planning to visit to Sfat with his family. Thank you. Norman First」

「Great place for a family vacation」

「Overall, the hotel was wonderful. It was a convenient location for our family to spend a week vacation in the Galilee area. There are attractions, restaurants and shops all nearby. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a wide variety of options. 「Really nice hotel, beautiful location, nice rooms and great service. Only minuses, gym could be slightly better equipped and some food being sold by the pool would have been nice… but wouldn’t stop me from booking again.」

「Immerse in nature in a beautiful spa resort. Beautiful architecture and design, intimate atmosphere, comfy rooms, excellent food, endless spots with a stunning view to relax in. The staff is warm and helpful- from the guard who welcomed us (Thanks again, Emily!) through reception, housekeeping, and the kitchen staff. I wish we could stay for the whole week…」

「Relaxed friendly proffesional atmosphere !!」

「Excellent hotel, we got a grat deal, great staff, great breakfast 」

「The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. A sign on the balcony said, Please don't open the balcony door; there are many...

「It was fine for one night. Good breakfast selection. The receptionist needs to work on his people skills because he is working with the public and is the first impression that people see upon arrival」
