"This is not a property I would recommend. The staff were extremely rude. Upon arrival the front desk staff were standing outside smoking, they watched us pass them by to enter the hotel yet stayed outside. We stood and waited for a few minutes before stepping back outside to ask if we could check in. They continued to snakes and tell us they would come in shortly. We waited another 10 mins before asking again at which time"

"At arrival we were welcomed in a very friendly manner. Room was ready and clean. Nice big room with a very comfortable bed. Big bathroom with a bath and shower. Very cool room"

"Good location near airport. Lots of parking although it fills up very quickly on busy weekends. Our only complaint was that we booked a king room and the bed in the room was a Murphy bed and certainly the smallest king bed we have ever seen in any European hotel."

"Lounge and reception staff were on their own program. Sat in lounge for 15 minutes waiting for service. Finally went to registration to have him paged. Required the advertised airport shuttle. Clicked on QR code as instructed by reception. Went to lobby, got on a shuttle only to be pulled off and told our shuttle was the public bus. The bus stop was off their campus. The receptionist had a vague description of where the pickup would be. “Over there” he pointed in the direction of the lobby...

"Big room. Great breakfast. Staff a touch soulless. Didn’t feel overwhelmed by their welcome. But fine for business trip. Good arrangement with the hotel shop for small things like tooth past 24/7 automated service. Very convenient."
