"The property was an excellent base for our trip. We had a warm welcome and all the staff were very helpful during our stay. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent too."

"There’s no contact with any staff, the rooms are cleaned only when you leave. We didn’t have breakfast. There’s a lovely terrace you can sit out on with a honesty bar. The village is beautiful and the hotel is in a very old building but be aware that the stairs are steep and quite narrow & there is no lift so anyone with mobility issues would struggle - not sure if there were any ground floor rooms"

"The room was rated as handicap accessible. There were NO grab bars in the toilet or shower. The shower door opens into the shower making it very difficult to close the door once inside. The municipal water had bacteria in it and could not be drunk. There was one filter to get water at the elevators, a long way from my room, especially considering my handicap. I was afraid to use it to was my hands or brush my teeth."

"I have to honestly say that my whole experience at the Moxy was great. From the vibrant atmosphere and modern hotel design to, most of all, the fantastic staff—everything exceeded my expectations.
