「服務人員很棒，入住很順利，記得跟服務人員索取city card,免費,因為住宿費用，現場會收城市稅，此卡可以搭此區的公車免費，自駕車可停飯店，需付費5歐/天，公車有到祖格峰纜車站，市區很多賣戶外用品，樣式折扣都很多，用餐的地方也多，唯一缺點沒暖氣，夏天也需問看看是否有冷氣，歐洲夏天沒以前那麼不熱了，但這位於山腳下，可能會好點.」

「Tolles Hotel. Schöne Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, gratis Parkplätze und schöner Blick auf das Kloster. Wer ein atemberaubendes berg panorama sucht wird hier allerdings nicht fündig. 」

「Das Buffet zum Abendessen war nicht zu empfehlen. Fleisch war trocken durch zu lange Lagerung unter einer Wärmelampe. Gemüse war ziemlich verkocht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ganz ordentlich. Aber aus kulinarischen Gründen muss man dieses Hotel nicht buchen.」
