「This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. 」

「Property Owner never responded to our emaill or calls from at least 3 Expedia employees:agents so we could receive the code to enter the property. We arrived in the city 9:30 pm with 5 children and had to be given new accommodations that did not work out. The hotel rooms were just NATSY!!! Unclean unhealthy, debris blowing out of the ac/heating units that were visible on the white covers on the beds. Some of the rooms had urine on the side of the toilets and the smell was not pleasant.
