「The hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant. We had our 2 small dogs with us and had no issues. The location is great to explore the Riverwalk area.」

「Very nice and clean」

「Clean hotel and room was excellent」

「Very clean (and up to date) room, as well as, quiet! All of the staff we encountered (including at the restaurant, Coletta) was friendly, efficient and extremely professional. Also, enjoyed a wonderful walking path right behind the property. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much and would like to return someday!」

「Great.」

「Lovely hotel, and beautiful surroundings.」

「I came here for vacation at the end of September. Except that the water in the swimming pool is not very hot, this is a great hotel, fully in line with the Ritz-Carlton level! !」

「Everything is perfect! Staffs are friendly and helpful! Great hospitality!」

「In a cold city the water temperature in the bathroom was so low that I couldn't take a shower!!」

「Awesome and very clean place to stay」
