We went up to Beaver Creek for the Labor Day weekend. The apartment was beautiful, well appointed, covered parking, great pool and just what we needed!!

Beautiful unit in a lovely area—balcony views of a waterfall/pond and mountains! Tons of hummingbirds buzzing the balcony too! Perfectly clean, super comfortable for the whole family. Staff communication was great. Would definitely stay again.

Good/Bad in Arrowhead Village

The check-in process was greatly delayed because the original property given to us was NOT ski-in/ski-out as requested and supposedly there were no other properties available. We have a child with special needs and this was our first and most important request. I don't know if this was the property management's fault or Hotels.com mistake, but a hassle after a long flight and drive, nonetheless. After 1+ hours the manager, who was very professional, was able to find us a property within walking distance to the lifts. The property was smaller (3 bedrooms instead of 4 bedrooms, as requested) but it accommodated all of us comfortably. I was not not offered any money back for the smaller, 3 bedrooms unit. Apart from the check-in issues and the unit not matching any of the photos of our reservation, the place was large enough to accommodate the group, it was clean, had everything we needed to cook, a grill, washer and dryer, and it was less than 5 minutes walking distance to the lifts. The internet signal was strong but the cable TV was horrible and we were not able to watch any TV while we were there.

The place was very clean and the staff was very kind. The staff had great communication. It’s sad you can’t get into the pool due to Covid and with 4 kids that’s the reason we booked at the resort. We got one swimming spot on Sunday but the other days we couldn’t get in. We ended booking 2 swimming spots at Avon recreation center. The place was very nice and clean. With the cost I do believe it was a little outdated and strange the owners had 60% of the bathroom and kitchen drawers/doors locked. We had no place to store our food or put our toiletries in drawers.

Very close to lift. Lots of basic things like towels, pillows, blankets coffee filters, etc. that just make things better. Full cable, Netflix, internet. Much better lift location than Beaver Creek as the lines are very short and you can still get to the Beaver Creek side of the mountain. Could use more frequent trash pick up. Better communication about where to go at first to pick up keys. Despite minor constructive feedback points, this was a great place.

When we got to the property the property manager didn't send us to the right place, then after we reached out to the management about not knowing where to go they didn't know either. Spent 30 minutes with two kids walking around looking with the property manager. Tough when its just dad and his kids both 4 and under.

Spectacular

Spectacular condo and location. Very unique high end spaces for a great price. This is always the first place I look to book when planning a Vail/BC trip. It is one of the best unknown ski in/ski out locations in the entire state. (shhhh don't tell anyone). At the end of a great day of BC skiing just head up to the top of the Larkspur bowl and look for the sign that says: "Arrowhead 4.6 miles". Its so cool to peacefully wind your way down through Bachelor Gulch and ski back to your condo in Arrowhead. Truly one of the most unique, off the beaten path ski experiences in Colorado. Cheers !
