"This property is very clean and have a great complimentary breakfast. Had 2 issues on this stay and advised front desk of both issues. The elevator got stuck on 2nd floor and doors wouldn’t open. Could go up to 3rd or down to 1st but would not open on 2nd. Stressed my partner when he thought we were stuck in elevator. 2nd issue- Hotel is very old but has lots of personality. However, our bathroom had a mould/mildew odour in it which could be a problem for people with allergies. All rooms come with extra portable heaters as in winter the regular form of heat may not keep up. Still, love this hotel for location, friendly staff and its uniqueness "

"Check in staff were rude and didn't honor my VIP meal vouchers like last time. Also overbooked my room and downgraded me to a cheaper room without compensation. 3rd floor hallway was not cleaned and had the same junk/garbage on the floor throughout our day stay. Save your money and stay at another hotel down the road. Will not return."

"False advertising on Expedia pics. This hotel was dirty, and room dirt on walls and stains on bedskirt. Room had a window at the top of the ceiling you couldn’t reach, and the heater was broken. Towels old and dirty, tub would never have anyone hoping to get clean in it. Mattress hard and old. Pillows worn and no shape left. Horror hotel! "

"The rooms i stayed in were clean but seemed very used and worn, wall paper scuffs and rips, hole in wall behind bathroom door, you could hear door closing in the hall, and the vibe was off. Also the hot tub was in need of cleaning, it was all foamy. The staff didn't reall6 seem friendly as well, not even a smile. I wont stay here again."
