I would have loved to stay here longer, and we would definitely stay here again. The staff was very communicative, there was a variety of food options; it’s close enough to main attractions to be accessible via walking while also avoiding the more populated areas. We had a two bedroom suite that was perfect for the four of us. It had comfy beds, two full bathrooms, a kitchen area equipped with dishes and appliances for convenience and a feel of a home away from home. The elevator is two person max, but that’s fairly typical for Edinburgh. We were on the top floor, and the stairs were still manageable. We were very pleased with our stay and how conveniently located it was.

Good value for Edinburgh. Check-in is computer labor intensive. Checkout is too early at 10am and they charge 15 Pound per hour for late checkout. Checkout should be at least 11am with a courtesy checkout till noon if requested.

The location is fantastic for walking to the castle, Victoria Street, and Rose Street, check in instructions were very clear, but the rooms could be updated, and late night noise can be an issue if you are a light sleeper. The beds we’re comportable, and it was nice to have a two-bed two-bath apartment in such a good location.

Great location- convenient to transportation (3 blocks from the airport tram) and great dining options. Very easy checkin. We loved the washing machine and well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of room and very comfortable beds. We were there for the last weekend of the Fringe so we heard some street noise but that was expected. Very helpful reception staff.

We stayed for a couple of nights in December - the 1 bed flat was good overall. One thing we noticed was bin bags full of rubbish left in the lift- they were there every day of our stay, we’d go out and come back with the bin bags still there and smelly. Avoid the lift and use the stairs!

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The entry was rather shabby, but once inside everything was warm and welcoming. It was great value for money for an apartment so close to the centre of Edinburgh
