Perfect location, lovely check-in staff, dodgy tv
Perfect location right on the Royal Mile, everything we wanted to sew was within walking distance. Lovely check-in staff, could not have been more helpful.
Clothes washing machine broken so staff organised a laundry pick-up and drop-off for us for free.
Apartment was basically clean, but floors were dirty (needed a vacuum or good sweep).
1 of the 3 TVs didn't work at all, 1 didnt work properly (coax cable bent so signal dropped in and out constantly), but the other (in the bedroom) worked fine. DVD/Blu Ray remote broken so couldn't use that either.
Water pressure not great. Water temp fluctuated badly if more than 1 person showered at a time, but otherwise the bathrooms were great.
Overall, had a lovely time.

Flat in the center of the Royal Mile
Amazing views, helpful staff, perfect location! This flat is within walking distance of most major 'must see/experience' in Edinburgh. Restaraunts and shopping are right outside your door. We will go back!

AWESOME PLACE!
Great staff, quaint old building right on High Street. We had a top floor apartment that had to-die-for views. Everything is MODERN and SPOTLESS and CHARMING!!! There are a lot of old, steep steps to get up to the apartment but we loved them. GOOD EXERCISE! We will stay there again when we return to Edinburgh. The staff is young and friendly and SO HELPFUL!!! We are so fortunate that we made this choice!
