Location is great! Just 2 blocks from Princess street. The hotel is basic but all we needed for sleeping after a long day of touring around Edinburgh. I would stay here again

Excellent excellent staff. Front of house, cleaning, all the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and easily available. The bathroom could have used a a bit of a deeper clean (drains) but the overall room was tiny and maintained. Looking forward to staying again!

We had a lovely stay. We were placed in room 16 which is for special needs or handicapped… not sure why. There was no Kleenex and only 2 bath towels with no face cloths. Other than that it was comfortable and clean.

Apartment has a great location! When trying to use the pan it was in a very bad condition (not useful) and just one fan was provided for 2 rooms. Our apartment was very close to a bar (at night you hear music and noise)

I have never stayed at a Premier Inn before. To be honest, I was a little uncertain about it, thinking it was like a Travelodge in Canada, but when I stayed at this Premier Inn in Edinburgh, I was very pleasantly surprised. The location was very convenient near to everything I wanted to see and the hotel was also very nice and clean. It was nicer than I expected. I would definitely stay there again.
