Lovely apartment and fantastic postion. however, customer services on arrival needs to improvements upon check-in specifically with international tourists, my recommendation to Linton Collection property ro provide a receptionist and a concierge.

Amazing! Gorgeous, large apartments with everything we needed. We loved the location and we were able to walk to everything in old town. The bedroom was amazing with a beautiful tub. We had a luggage room with easy access for our early arrival. There was a building manager on site who was able to help us with anything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. One night the fire alarm did go off so that was unfortunate, but that's because someone left their door open to the bathroom and the steam set off the alarm. Each bathroom has a warning about it, but I guess someone didn't listen to the notice to keep the door closed while showering. There is a washer, but you have to air dry on the rack provided. Love the city and love the place!

Super cute two bedroom/one bathroom apartment, with a living room with a small kitchen, washer, although no dryer so you would have to hang dry your clothing, very comfortable for our three days in Edinburgh. There are two locations a couple blocks apart, make sure you arrive at the right one as our taxi dropped us off at the incorrect location. Not a big deal, took five minutes to walk over to the other Location. Staff was very helpful and friendly, centrally located to all of the most popular tourist areas. Only negative was there is this weird humming which sounds like a fan in the ceiling above us or maybe electrical? That was annoying trying to sleep, but other than that everything was very good! Would stay again.

This was a great accommodation for our family of 4. The communication before arrival was detailed and helpful; we had no issues checking in. The apartment gave us tons of space and had a full kitchen. The location right off the Royal Mile was amazing - we could walk to anywhere we wanted between Old Town and New town. I would definitely stay here again for a visit to Edinburgh.

Property was interesting with and old safe being converted to a bathroom. No ventilation in bathroom resulted in some not so nice smells in apartment. Loft is a little cramped and not suitable for less mobile people. Apartment was very clean.

The property was modern, clean and really comfortable. There was lovely extras like Molton Brown shower gel, hand soap etc… The bedding was lovely and clean and comfortable. It was in a great location so we could walk to most areas. Just be warned that our flat (14) was on 5th floor. The lift goes to the 3rd floor then you walk next 2 flights. The stairs can be a little challenging if your cases are heavy. But please just be mindful of this but don’t let it put you off. The view from the apartment windows is stunning.

Quick and easy access to Waverley and the Royal Mile. Plenty of dining and shopping within a quick walking distance. Great for children in case you need to stop back at your room quickly. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. We made use of the luggage stay upon arrival and departure which was very convenient!

Great location and apartment. It's an easy walk to the entire Royal Mile, and there are a ton of restaurants, bars, and shops. It was pricey but an excellent choice for a holiday in Edinburgh.

The only negative thing I would say is you have to park a half a mile down a hill which makes dragging suitcases quite the workout! And then there’s no elevator access so staying on the 5th floor when pregnant made for it a bit difficult. Otherwise it was fantastic!

The location is excellent and the amenities are good. I thought the instructions to find the apartment and the keyless entry worked very well. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment 22 on the top floor (we had no issues with the stairs but some might) and whilst it was good it wasn’t exceptional. We did experience a very loud clanking with the plumbing which we reported immediately the morning after we arrived late the night before. We think someone did attend whilst we were out but the problem wasn’t fully resolved and meant that we had to gingerly move the taps in a way to avoid the noise. I’ve since read recent reviews on other sites that suggest this issue had occurred before our stay. On balance the location just about warranted the fairly high cost to stay but they really need to fix the plumbing (which I appreciate might be easier said than done on a flat at the top of an old building which has been renovated/retrofitted and converted.
