「The staff were kind and friendly, really made you feel welcome. The room was spacious. The room was clean as was the bathroom. I was disappointed in the towels - very thin and discolored. The pool was a nice addition. I used the gym and it was basic but did the trick for what I needed. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choices.」

「Waited nearly ten minutes for the clown at the desk to actually get behind the desk. Called hotel number twice - was connected to national reservation system. Didn’t see phone across from counter. Another customer came by and asked if someone was helping me. I said no. That is when he called the desk person on the phone across from the counter. The customer told me “he” would be down shortly to check me. A few minutes pass. Then, the joker says he needs to see my photo ID and a credit...

「Decent location. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. Other than that, there were problems. For starters, the Expedia listing stated that “pets stay free”, but I was charged $20.00 when I checked in for my small dog. There was a sign stating that they charge $40 if you want to check in early or check out late, and after 1:00 pm, they charge you for another full stay. When we walked in the room, it reeked of mildew. The carpet felt damp, so I assume they tried to clean in and did not allow...
