Was very impressed with how friendly the staff was even at 11pm at night. Had water, tea, coffee and cookies if you wanted. The room was clean no issues. Did not have a smell that most hotels have.

The bed was noisy and not the best by any means. Toilet was not work working by the time an arrived to the room and a bag with linens was there just sitting in the couch so wasn’t sure if there were extras or they were dirty.

Upon arrival during bedtime I pulled out the sofa-bed an it had blood stains a dirty. I have the video to prove it. I spoke with the manager who offered me a 15% return upon check out which I never got.
