"Great stay! Family 5. Plenty of space, super clean, close to plenty of restaurants and stores. The property mgr was always available when I messaged. The apt is located near the convention center. About a 35 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, near the metro, and buses. It was very easy to get around town with such a close access to the metro. The laundry facility was great! It did take like a hour + to dry the clothes. But it wasn't an issue. We would leave the clothes drying and then come back a hour later to get them out. Safe area. "

"I would not recommend this hotel. We booked a superior room with a balcony for our long weekend stay. Unfortunately it was a room close to the elevator (room 610) and the sound of the elevator kept me awake. Also there was a problem with the elevator so the doors were opening and closing a lot. When it was midnight I asked the man in the reception if they had any other room available that was away from the elevator because I could not sleep with all the noise from the elevator. He fixed a new room (304), and by that time I was too tired and it was not the same noise from the elevator. In the morning I woke up at 6am from a lot of noise from the street, and also I noticed there was no mini bar or balcony in that room. I went down to the reception and talked with the girl named Tina in the reception. She was rude and said it was my fault because I wanted to change the room so we got downgraded and now the hotel was full. I asked to at least get the money back for the upgrade and she got annoyed, and told me to send the manager a mail. I have never experienced guest service like this and I have myself worked in a 4-star reception over 6 years. This was a very disappointing stay…"

"The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice easy check in. The room was clean but very basic, with nowhere to store clothes and no bedside tables. The beds were small and not the most comfortable. It didn't bother us but there was no mention the room overlooks a large cemetery."

"A very average experience. Close to the expo centre which was the main selling point. The room was super basic (not even a kettle/tea/coffee) and the staff looked as if they didn’t want to be there. Was okay for two nights but probably will try a different hotel if I’m in the area again "

"The place smelled like cigarette smoke, although it was a non-smoking room. It smelled very strong of cigarette smoke."

"The room was relatively clean however the restaurant and the breakfast areas were filthy!!! The old decor look covers up the true cleanliness of these areas and the hotel generally. I booked a room with 2 twin beds for 1 night and paid £400 5 nights before my stay. I was given a single room with 2 single beds joined together?????? "

"The hotel was very welcoming clean and quiet. I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very kind and helpful, they answered all of my questions. The food at the adjacent restaurant was delicious. The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were neat and tidy. I wish I had spent time at the speakeasy. I will check it out on my next stay. "
