「The staff was amazing, but the maintenance was lacking. The overhead light in my cottage was burnt out, and there were issues with the plumbing in the shower and toilet. The fireplace in the room was absolutely fantastic! Location is also superb. My stay was very short, so I was unable to resolve the issues before I left, but I did leave a note.」

「It is very good hotel. The service people are nice and very patient. The room is close to beach. If the room could be bigger and brighter, it will be better. 」

「Wonderful place to view the 4th of July fireworks. The staff was amazing and so helpful. I had two room requests/ issues during my stay and it was addressed so quickly and kindly. The pool is great for the kids with a nice view of the ocean. The hot tub was closed during our stay, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for our stay- they notified me ahead of time that it wasn’t in operation which I found considerate and professional.」

「Overrated ! The rooms are very dark, smell very musty. The shower was very dirty and covered in black mold and mildew . The pool is also very small and in a cage . The only thing going for this place is the location otherwise it’s a very old building that has been poorly renovated years ago . Not a boutique hotel !!」

「I Absolutely Loved staying at here! The staff Greets you! They give you a tour of the place. They make everything feel so Relaxing, Safe, Secure and most of all Very Welcome! Our room was clean and made me feel like home. The bed was comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The Staff is so Pleasant. I would Highly recommend staying here to my Family and Friends! When we come back to explore more of the coast we will definitely be staying here again.」

「Very old, the room is smelly, and it is not cheap. It is an experience I have never had before.」

「It is centered in a great location for the festivities but checking in was cumbersome. You have to drive to a different hotel and it was 15 min walk and they said you could have the car towed without a pass. It would have been nice to know more about the check-in process we saw other people experiencing the same issue as they arrived.」
