「The room was not Clean, could not walk in the rooms without my feet sticking to the floors! The that were provided were filthy, I have pictures and will be seeking a REFUND!!! Spoke to the two girls that were cleaning and they were very new and no help, there was NO manager or office on site to speak to.」

「My biggest and only issue was the oppressive heat we had to wait for hours for the room to cool down. It took almost 3 hours for the aircon to get the room down to a manageable level. I am not sure why they wait until you arrive on site to enable the aircon but that was totally not fun to have to deal with.」
