"Cable TV down for the duration. Internet would not connect despite repeated calls to the main desk (I was even told to call the provider myself) Didn’t matter, couldn’t connect on numerous devices. Expedia listed the room I reserved as having a “deep soaking tub” Manager claimed they have no such thing, just Expedia’s way of listing. "

"We were only there overnight, for a funeral, so had no use for amenities. Just need a bed and shower, which were good."

"Well, we had a place to sleep and there was a small breakfast. The room was clean and the heat and air worked. Check in and check out were easy. "

"Stayed monthly for 4 years to visit granddaughters. Always got room 322 - staff was great. Watched young man behind the desk grow and attend college. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!"

"The room was clean, but none of the switches worked for the 3 lamps even though they had switches. It was all wired to the main wall light switch for the room. So 5 bright lamps or no lights at all were the only two options. The toilet made weird loud screeching noises with every flush. There were patches of white unpainted wall that were very noticeable due to the blue paint everywhere else. The hot tub was a good temperature and not overly chemical smelling but there's no directional nozzles on the jets, so water is launched up at your face. Since the bench seat is so low, that means hot water splashing in your eyes and mouth. The pool was supervised and over run with teenagers cannonballing into it. The floor drains cannot keep up with that constant barrage of water and the whole floor was submerged in 3" of standing water, making leaving the area slippery and unsafe. The tap water isn't safe to drink, but they did provide stations for filtered water. The doors don't swing shut on their own, you have to pull your room door shut."

"When arrived the hotel smelt of weed. There was boxes all over the hotel lobby, hallway, parking lot. Room was semi cleanly, bathroom was dirty, wash rag had spots on them, beds were not comfortable. "

"Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great. We were there two mornings and the variety was wonderful. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable."

"The jets in the hot tub?? Only 1 worked. Plugged in the hair dryer this morning and the bathroom light and vanity light went out. Breakfast was just okay. Sausage on the cold side. Would I stay there again?? Absolutely not!"
