「Staff was not very friendly. I felt like an inconvenience checking in. This is the 3rd stay here and I didn’t want to review this unfairly, but every check in has been bordering on rude and dismissive. I don’t need a lot of attention, just a smile and a moderately friendly person. I would not have returned just for this reason alone if the hotel wasn’t clean and convenient for my business needs. 」

「Comfort Suites in Marshall was a good stay. Check in was easy, the girl at the desk was very friendly. They had a hot breakfast with a good variety of food. Beds are pretty firm, I prefer a little softer. WiFi password is provided upon check in. My daughter forgot her toothbrush and they provided a complimentary one for her. Overall a great hotel.」

「I didnt like that Laquinta doesn't have a non pork selection for breakfast meat. I asked if turkey sausage was an option and was advised no.」
