" My wife and I traveled so often for our daughter’s soccer games and last weekend we were visiting Duke University. We experienced a very friendly and courteous staff who were so ready to work with us. The staff were respectful and even though we met different people on Saturday and Sunday they all treated us as valued customers through their little gestures towards us and we sincerely appreciate them. Thank you "

"Elevator was broken for the entire duration of my trip. All hotel staff was horrible at communicating & made me change plans & spend more money than planned or needed if communication was better. I got in very late & needed water but the vending machine was completely sold out."

"Room was never cleaned, bed was stripped and never remade for two days, trash was not emptied, the mattress had a big stain on it as did the carpet. Toilet had flushing issues. Had to ask for clean linen. Refrigerator froze milk. I reported this all to three different managers and was told they would look into Not worth the amount of money I paid to stay here. Refunds or apologies were never offered."
