"Worth it for a short stay. The staff is very kind and made sure that we were happy despite some issues due to renovations. Obviously the hotel is old so it needs some work but if you're not the type of person that needs luxury then you'll be alright. I was disappointed that there was no longer a Continental breakfast. The breakfast they did offer cost money and was in my opinion overpriced for the quality but all in all, I personally could stay here again."

"We have stayed at this hotel twice now because we liked the location and the quietness. We like the hotel however we found it has become somewhat run down. Plaster coming off the walls in the bathroom above the sink, and the doors were chipped at the bottom. Some easy upkeep would go a long way! The breakfast was pretty good. The bacon and sausage were very unhealthy! There was fruit and yogurt and eggs so that was good. There staff were nice. The hotel is generally good! Just noticed the changes."

"We really like the location. Not in the city of Buffalo but right beside major roads that get us everywhere we want to go quickly without being tied up in traffic. Many good restaurants within 15 minutes. On this stay we were not in favor or the breakfast. Much of the food is low quality and repetitive. We had no hot water one morning. The staff was nice and explained the situation. However, no offer was made to cover the issue of taking cold showers. Staff said that they have been having a problem with not all of the hot water tanks working properly. I would have liked to know this before checking in and going without the next morning."

Our room was the only room in the stairwell, right beside an exit door and separated from the other rooms - i was a bit worried about the location at first but it was quiet - which was important to us. Good value for the price we paid."

"Very clean and friendly staff. The manager was very helpful, because Expedia messed up with my booking of my room, and the staff at the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. So they had to find me an alternate room. Thanks Expedia!!!"
