「The breakfast buffet was just ok. Some of the fruit was rotten, specifically the watermelon was almost soup. I can not understand the reasoning why any staff member would put this out for consumption. It makes you wonder what the standards are in the kitchen. That said, the rest of the breakfast was good. Service was slow but courteous. There was only one server for most of the service and he was doing his best. The dinner experience was better. Food was great and the venue is stunning. I asked...

This continued from 2am until 4:20am. It was impossible to sleep. The mattress was worn and suffered from roll together. The place was freezing when we arrived with no way of turning on any heating.
