「Water coming down from the ceiling in our bathroom and AC didn't work. There was no fix for the AC and they offered to switch us rooms but it was already late at night. No other compensation offered but eventually agreed to have parking fee reimbursed. Not worth the $400+ CAD price. 」

There was one glaring exception: the night reception person (and yes, there is only one) who likes to argue at 5am in the morning and then blames me for arguing back. 「Beautiful hotel located right in the middle of Granada, our room was across the street from the cathedral, so close you could almost touch it! Francesco, Pablo and the rest of the staff were amazing, not forgetting the wonderful spa team. Lovely views from the rooftop terrace bar and restaurant.」

Værelset var iskoldt og vi måtte lade aircondition køre på max hele natten for at holde varmen. Hele hotellet var koldt. Toilettet var så lille, at når man sad på Toilettet kunne døren ikke lukkes. Badeværelset var meget lille og kold」
