BEST PLACE IN SPAIN

I have done multiple trips to Spain, all over Spain, nothing compares to Finca la Bobadilla. The food, the service, the grounds, the amenities. Unreal feels like a ferry tail. Do not go to Spain without going here, you will miss out on true beauty.

Beautiful hotel. Great rooms and the pool area is excellent. Very attentive and helpful staff. The food at their Michelin star restaurant La Finca was amazing, the food at El Mirador, the lunch venue, was good but a bit pricey, the food at the bar restaurant came short for a 5 star hotel. The pool cocktail were disappointing. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Options for restaurants nearby were limited. But lots of great day tip opportunities (La Ronda, Granada, Malaga, etc.)

An unforgettable stay

La Bobadilla was exceptional. Staff were beyond attentive no matter your request. Both the restaurants were amazing, especially La Finca’s taster menu of which we have never had an experience like it. Our room was tastefully decorated in an old-style, with a beautiful patio with stunning views. Housekeeping did an amazing job at tidying the room and with turn-down service. All amenities were great. The only downside was that we didn’t stay long enough!

Perfect for a couple's getaway

We had a great time in the hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and the location is beautiful. We tried the spa, as well as their Michelin star restaurant. The experience is a bit expensive but definitely worth trying if you are going for an expecial ocassion.

Peaceful, quiet and easy going, a few changes have been made which I was disappointed in. Before we could have eaten early in the evening in a separate area which we enjoyed. The dinner at the breakfast area was disappointing, not much on the menu and what we had wasn’t good. We prefer to eat early and found the Finca restaurant good but too expensive

I set my expectations a bit too high for this place. It was a great stay overall but did not meet expectations. Please be sure to book correct rooms for the amount of people you have. We had to upgrade on site because they counted my 3 month baby as a person staying in the room even though he slept in bed with my husband and I. It was a less than warm welcome to the property.

Great hotel but be prepared to pay for ice!!

Stay was great however air conditioning in room was not working very well and most surprisingly when we asked for a bucket of ice for wine they brought it and charged 5 euros for the ice. Never experienced this at a hotel of this caliber and price, ice should be included in the price of the stay! Most hotels that are far more affordable have free ice machines!

Overall we loved this resort. The setting is beautiful, the staff was friendly and professional, the room was comfortable and well appointed. There were a couple of issues however, to make note of. First, we booked a terrace suite which was lovely, but the location of our suite was less than desirable. It was located right in between the main lobby and the restaurant, so when we sat out on our beautiful terrace, we were being stared at by the people sitting in the lobby or the people in the restaurant. It was extremely uncomfortable due to the lack of privacy. We were in room 6 which while beautiful, I would not recommend to anyone who wants privacy. The other issue we encountered was the tasting dinner called "La Finca". When the front desk staff told us about it, they said that it was a twelve course tasking menu with wine pairings. They never mentioned that any alcohol we consumed during the tasting dinner was an additional charge, we thought it would be included in the price of the tasting dinner. We weren't told about this until we were already in the tasting dinner and they were about to pour us a glass of wine. We asked if there was a charge and they said that there was. We felt like this was something the staff should have told us before we were already in the dinner. The hotel should consider including the wine pairings with this tasting menu and then just adjust the price accordingly to account for this so that people aren't caught off guard.

Excelente e Muito Sossegado

Hotel maravilhoso, ótimo atendimento, acomodação linda, confortável e muito espaçosa. O hotel é em uma imensa e linda propriedade rural, cercado de muita paz e natureza. Instalações excelentes, com 2 grandes piscinas, spa, academia, restaurantes (um com estrela Michelin) e serviço muito carinhoso.
