"We had a lovely weekend stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable-perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming feel. "We stayed here for one night, and never again! On the surface the hotel looks clean and modern. However, don't expect a good night's sleep. We had an air conditioning machine humming for most of the night which meant I could not sleep. The reception team said they couldn't move us as the other rooms had the same noise, which was apparently the water purifier and was only going to be noisy during 3-4am. This noise was continuous from 2am until 5:30! So clearly they tell you anything to fob you off. I spoke to the "manager" in the morning and asked about he refund. He agreed this was warranted and asked me to email the owner. Not heard anything back from them so will have to do a chargeback if I want to see any of my money back. Please don't waste your money staying here."
