「I booked a walk in shower room for my 96 year old uncle and a separate room for myself. When we arrived we were told that the walk in shower room had been given to someone else. With no apology!」

「The staff was great, helpful and very friendly. The room was adequate, although there were the bare minimum of towels (2 towels, 2 washcloths, 1 bath mat and 1 hand towel). The parking was convenient and secure. We did end up turning on the AC and it worked great. Our room was missing a tv remote, and when we called down to the front desk they brought us another one and tested it to be sure it worked within minutes.
