「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「Beautiful hotel. Not so great neighborhood. We enjoyed the place though. Right across the street from The Rave/Eagles Club. Easy walk for concert. 」

「Lots of good restaurants nearby. Valet service did seem understaffed. Had to wait a while to retrieve car. Otherwise, good value hotel.」

「They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. 」

「The nicest and roomiest room I have been to in an Autograph Collection. Just need to ask for extra bath towels and there is no luggage rack or note pad. 」
