"This very clean, no-frills hotel is an easy walk from the Botanical Gardens. A hearty breakfast (with proper coffee!) is included in the price of the room and adds to the cost-benefit. The staff are both friendly and helpful, in particular Richard. Although the neighborhood is a little drab, there are cafes and restaurants nearby. And a barely four minute walk away is a real diamond in the rough: The Old Fitzroy Hotel, Pub, and Restaurant."
