「Lovely, clean modern hotel with friendly helpful staff. The location high up in the old town was very handy too. Sarajevo is a fine city with great people and a tragic recent history, tge history being the reason for me and my colleagues' visit. Highly recommended.」

「Quite remote from city centre (30mins driving), though providing shuttle on 12nn go and 5pm back from the city centre. Originally, I reserved for 1 family duplex capable for 6 persons. However, two connected 3-persons rooms were provided without individual living room.」

「Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the SCC which was SO continent for food and shopping!! Its also just a short 30 minute walk / 8 minute drive away from old town. You can also get the tram which is right outside the hotel by the mall entrance. There is even another mall right opposite outside with more food and shopping options. The room was clean, spacious and amazing views. 10/10」

「Our second time here. Beautiful surroundings. Great, friendly staff. The whole complex is very clean. The room is as comfortable as any we’ve stayed in around the world. Speaking of which, the breakfast is world class. However, what happened the afternoon we arrived was disappointing, disgusting, and simply baffling. And insulting. We arrived around 4:00 pm (16;00). 「Everything about the hotel was 5 star performance. Anything we needed was addressed immediately. Room was spotless, spacious and we felt as though we were at home. Can't say enough good things about the experience. Would highly recommend it to anyone!!!」
