「The family room is spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. However, the air conditioner is very dirty. I can see the mould inside. The machine keeps turning on and off frequently. The room inside didn’t have an air conditioner. That means in summertime, you need to open the door to keep it cool.

「The hotel is at a great location. As I stay at the sea view room, the view is incredible. Walking distance to the main area and Salamanca Market. The staff are friendly and helpful with their hospitality, and the restaurant at hotel offer nice and good quality food. Overall I really enjoy my stay.」

「Nice staff, convenience location」

「It is better for the hotel to display the Hotel's name in the entrance as we missed the entrance again and again, especially at night. The breakfast is good and there is a beautiful garden. 」

「Location is perfect, the room has everything that is needed, even a washing/ dryer machine. The only bad thing I could say is that the gym they had partnership with is closed and they don’t have a breakfast restaurant either」
