「Staff are very nice, good location」

「房間寛闊，裝修精美，環境乾淨！員工友善有禮，對面係公園，離市中心商店步行5分鐘左右，行去碼頭亦是大約5分鐘內，方便得嚟又保留一份寧靜。超級推介！」

「We had a great stay in Islington! The hospitality, environment, food and cleanliness are impeccable. We were greeted with warm smiles every day and the staff made sure all our needs were satisfied. Words can’t describe how wonderful the stay was. Just go for it and you’ll never regret. 」

「really nice experience」

「Location is perfect, the room has everything that is needed, even a washing/ dryer machine. The only bad thing I could say is that the gym they had partnership with is closed and they don’t have a breakfast restaurant either」

「Felt like home in my spacious double room. The kitchen has been excellent communal space I enjoyed much. The building was classic beauty and i love it. I will be back.」

「The hotel is at a great location. As I stay at the sea view room, the view is incredible. Walking distance to the main area and Salamanca Market. The staff are friendly and helpful with their hospitality, and the restaurant at hotel offer nice and good quality food. Overall I really enjoy my stay.」

「All room are not private room, no matter how they name the room. All residents share 2 bathroom & 2 toilets (no hand washing basin in toilet room). No mirrors in the room, no hairdryer. Breakfast is so so, self service style. first morning got OJ and no more refill afterwards Little noisy at night, bar downstairs, if not noisy sensitive then the bed is comfy. 」

「location is good」

「The family room is spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. However, the air conditioner is very dirty. I can see the mould inside. The machine keeps turning on and off frequently. The room inside didn’t have an air conditioner. That means in summertime, you need to open the door to keep it cool. Worst of all, the hotel charged me $4.50 for a tonic water from the room’s fridge that I didn't drink! I didn't take any food or drinks from the minibar. It's very unacceptable and disappointing. 「It is better for the hotel to display the Hotel's name in the entrance as we missed the entrance again and again, especially at night. The breakfast is good and there is a beautiful garden. 」
