"A handful of staffers were very hospitable, but when IT assistance was needed in the pre-paid for Billiards room, upper management intervened & wanted to charge extra for their assistance. Also, everyone in our group was disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast as originally offered and each guest was charged 10.00 per day plus tax for amenities we didn’t use and all thought the 30.00 per day charge for valet only parking was excessive."

"Didn't stay there called the front desk phone to cancel the reservation for nearly 12 hours nobody answered until the next day.... My card GOT CHARGED for over 100$ anyway."
