Clean comfortable rooms and facilities sucn as the bar, dinning area and spa. Tranfer service is a godsend and efficient with good communication. If we are near johannesburg again (likely) and need a stop over, will definatly re book. "

"I complained about the air con noise in my room, was checked but in the end never repaired during my stay. I had to turn unit “off” to sleep. Staff, especially door men excellent!"

"The staff was great. Location is close to the airport with easy airport shuttle. There is not much around so you’re basically reliant on the hotel. The rooms are small but adequate. The shower water pressure was great. The breakfast buffet was very good and easy. The hotel is showing a bit of age but would stay there again if needed. "

"This was my first time visiting JNB. Location was fantastic close to the mall and Mandela square. Staff was fantastic and breakfast with lots of varieties. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Staff was very attentive to details. "

"The spa is excellent. Well trained staff and great massage and facial. Room was clean. But towels are very small. Unfortunately the power kept going off and their generator only provided lighting, no power sockets or tv which was frustrating. Investing in a better generator backup system would be good for customers. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
