"Room service was Good. Location close to the Airport. However, Internet Wifi very slow and TV reception was very fuzzy. "

"The room was unique and I loved it. It is in a great location with theaters and sporting venues all close by. I did have a little trouble with the AC bring on heat setting and the room being too warm."

"Beautiful apartment style rooms, nice and clean! Staff were friendly. I do wish that they let me know as soon as I booked or had it listed on their site about the 150 refundable fee. I recommend doing that possibly. Other than that I would stay again and recommend to others. "

"We came in at 8pm and then saw that the hot water would be off from 9am -2pm the next morning. We were planning to sleep in the next morning, that is why we had asked for late check out.so no hot water, the lights were going out and then the next morning they called up and told us we had to leave at 12 even though I had confirmed 1:00 late checkout. "

"The room was clean and well appointed, and staff was amazing and kind given the time of day and and the reason for our stay. Breakfast was well seasoned and plentiful. "

"The shuttle service (Valet Connection) was terrible. This shuttle is operated by an off‑site parking company that also services several nearby hotels, and it was clear their priority was their own parking customers—not hotel guests. At the airport, hotel guests were only allowed on if there were seats left after parking customers boarded. I barely made it onto the shuttle as the last seat, but I heard of others who were left behind and had to wait 30 minutes or more for the next shuttle. The hotel pickup was just as bad. The shuttle did not arrive on time, and the driver initially only wanted to pick up passengers flying on a specific airline. His dispatcher had to tell him to take all of us. He threw the luggage into the shuttle without stacking or securing it (I have photos). He then nearly left my bag at the wrong terminal—Detroit airport is very spread out. Thankfully, I intentionally sat in the back so I could keep an eye on my luggage. Truly awful service. I would avoid this hotel entirely due to how poor the shuttle experience was. "
