「The property was easy to find. We were met at the door and were made to feel very welcome. Our hosts discussed the accommodation itself followed by a welcoming brew and a chat regarding the local area, places to eat and our breakfast order for the morning. We were recommended a lovely Italian restaurant in nearby St Boswells which was really nice. The views from our room were beautiful and really peaceful. 「The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious. Spa area was very chilled, relaxing and would 100% recommend solely for the spa. Dinner at charlies was overpriced for what we got but we are not into fine dining. Wine was expensive as well but ok if your not having loads. Overall stay was great but wouldnt go for the food. 」

「Great choices for breakfast (many healthy options too.) We ate our evening meal there too which was also very good. Bedroom was quiet and we slept like logs! Very central location on thriving high st with a great range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Many walks from this location too. We will use again for sure.」

「This was a lovely place to stay which we chose partly because it has some EV charging facilities. The restaurant and bar have a good selection with well kept beer and the staff are helpful and friendly. We especially recommend the panna cotta, however, all the food was good. The bedroom and bathroom were a good size and well appointed with tea, coffee and water. We would visit again 」
