"The pool looked amazing, but they didn’t enforce their own rules, and the manager kept yelling at everyone. They stated only x number of bands to use the pool, and then it was a free-for-all that ended without being able to use the amenities we came for during our stay. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Brown. It is a beautiful building, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed the bar in the lobby area and the warm expertise of the bartenders (Kat, Jeremiah, Umut and James?). The cafe downstairs has excellent breakfast (the best omelette I've had in a hotel restaurant) though I liked their a la carte menu better than the buffet they serve on Sundays. We didn't want to drive anywhere during our stay so with its proximity to the main attractions of Downtown and to the Nulu area, this was the perfect spot for our first visit to Louisville. We'll be back! "

"There were dark hairs in the shower and on the bed spread- which was gross. The 3rd floor stunk like BO. We’ve stayed there before. Seems they need to do a hair check on bedding and showers. "
