good on all counts but did experience problems with heating on first day and permanent problems with tv , A point for guests with limited mobility there are 2 flights of stairs and no other rooms available for us. Lovely apartment in a great location. Right next to the Palace. Located at the opposite end of the royal mile to Edinburgh castle, and not far from all tourist sites and restaurants.
