「The room was spotless, and the staff were very responsive. Check-in and check-out were smooth. However, the view out of the window was depressing: old, abandoned, multi-storied government quarters. I realize that the hotel cannot do anything about it. Our room keys often failed, and they needed to be rekeyed. This was for multiple rooms that our family used. 「这是来印度旅行最喜欢和安心的酒店，没有之一。服务特别好，车辆进入的时候会带防爆犬检查车辆的前机器盖和后备箱。进去酒店要安检，酒店大厅就有餐厅，每个服务人员的服务都超贴心。尤其突出的一点是，在小费国家的印度，这个酒店打扫卫生还不收小费。我们定的酒店不包早餐，酒店还送了早餐。因为是包车旅行，所以对于酒店位置并不能给出评价。太喜欢这个酒店了。」

「There is only 10 mins by taxi from CCU airport to the hotel, and the city center II is just in the same building. It's very convenient to me to have one night in the hotel for transfer. The breakfast is good and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. It's far from Kolkata city though, in general it takes 1 hour to Victoria Memorial by taxi.」
