「Not clean, but good location」

「An ideal place for both business and leisure, room was very comfortable and beautiful, friendly staff and service was always good, location is perfect, close to sea beach, and facilities were perfect for relaxation. 」

「Luxury property with very professional and friendly staff. The hotel was quiet, the rooms were clean, and the bed was soft and very comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay.」

「Bed has lots of stains. Asked for change but they didn’t. Also has no options in breakfast what so ever. It was just a veg sandwich which comes in indo-Chinese style with cabbage leaves. Would not recommend and seems pricey for the amount I paid.」

「It was horrible.Sheets were filthy,walls were dirty,Kettle was smelling.Elevator very dirty.Bugs in room.we checked out in 6hrs and moved to hotel across the street.Staff was trying to be helpful.」

「First of all, Provided property number was wrong.somehow i manage to collect number from internet . When i call they totally refused about the bookings. I was with my family. I suffer alot mentally coz it was a very rush period at puri due to rath yatra. Some how i booked another room at last hour with double price.. i dont know whose fault was that..but i suffer.. So. This was my first & last bookings in hotels.com. 」
