「Very vibrant and welcoming. Staff was never at the front desk (always coming from outside the building). Shower was the best one on our whole trip. Breakfast was a nice variety. 」

「Renovation noise on 1st floor was very noisy, for much too long, during weekend stay. Hotel air quality, was not refreshing. Feet tripped several times, while walking, on loose carpets in hallway and by elevators. No common courtesy of basic hotel ammenties were provided. Overall atmosphere of hotel was not good, and overall needing a better upgrading of "quality" accommodations for guest. 」

「Parking very convenient. Check in was smooth. Housekeeping routine puzzling; day two we stayed in till 11 am and the room was not serviced. Day three we left about 10 am and only towels were replaced but nothing else touched in the room. No nightlight in bathroom and tile floor felt slippery when wet. 」

「Burnt out reading took 2 days to replace. Soap dispensers were empty or broken. Told to leave towels out the door. First day they were picked up but not replaced. Had to go get towels. Second day left towels outside. Came back after ten hours and towels were still on the floor. Had to go get towels. Neighbors towels and garbage were there also. All stayed until the next morning. Would never stay there again. Bathroom was dirty and as handicap room the shower just went all over the bathroom. 」

「Great location for quick access to airport, clean and comfy room and the complimentary shuttle service was very helpful. However, our early departure (5 am) was before breakfast service started and the “grab and go” option mentioned at check-in wasn’t available. 」

「I will never stay here again Hated it. Dumpy. You get what you pay for. And it’s not cheap anyway. You are stuck on an island almost. MUST HAVE A VEHICLE TO MOVE AROUND. I made a HUGE mistake staying here. Now I know. The only good thing was the Italian restraint on site. THEY ARE PREJUDICE AGAINST CIGARETTE SMOKERS. The pictures lie. What a waste of $$ 」
