「I stayed more than 2 weeks in Wellington House. 5-10 minutes to town center / shopping mall, restaurants, very convenient. The apartment is clean, cozy, modern, spacious and very new. Fully equipped kitchen. The staff response by WhatsApp is really fast(thanks to the staff, called Levi). However, one bad thing, my room was just next to the main door in the ground floor, everyone go through the main door will trigger the door closing noise. 「We stayed for 2 nights in the ground floor garden apartment. Accomdation very spotless and had all we need to make our stay extremely comfortable. Really happy with the quality of bedding and towels, plus nice touch to have milk and water in fridge and small bottles of shower gel shampoo and body cream in the bathnroom. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

「It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. 「It's conveniently located with plenty of affordable dining options and markets nearby. It's a nice 30-minute stroll to the city center or to the Thames River. The 2 bedroom place itself was nicely remodeled. The city could do a better job maintaining the sidewalks.」
