"Kitchen is run down, counter tops faded, appliances out dated, cabinets laminate is peeling off and door hanging uneven. Bathroom is from the 60's and had mold. Temperature was very hard to stabilize, still have window AC units in all windows, which cause a huge draft in 15 degree weather.
