「The front desk clerk had a bad attitude, and the manager was rude. He kept talking on the phone while waiting in line to check in, and the room he arranged was far away. He also didn't actively give us biscuits, and didn't give us one more even if we asked for one.」

「The greatest hotel ever! The staff was super amazing and I will be staying again! My mom is here in the ICU and when I tell you the hotel was very informative because of the holiday they Uber’d me back in forth due to no shuttle it was truly a great week. Everyone needs a raise💗」
