"Our stay at the Majestic Mirage Punta Cana Resort was perfection from start to finish! The service was top-tier, the food and drinks were delicious with plenty of variety, and the rooms were huge, clean, and luxurious. Special shout out to Leo, the guest room manager and his staff for making us feel welcomed and for their attention throughout the stay. The beach and pool areas are gorgeous and well kept, and the staff, especially our assigned butler Francisca, made us feel like VIPs every single day. If you're on the fence about booking—do it! We can't wait to come back."

"Unforgettable Vacation Thanks to Rafael & Amazing Staff! **Rating:** 5/5 Stars My family had a fantastic stay (July 20–27) at Grand Palladium Bávaro Suites! The resort is beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the food far exceeded other resorts we've visited, like Hard Rock. As a parent, I was especially impressed by how they handled food allergies. My daughter is allergic to fish, shellfish, and tree nuts. At every buffet and restaurant, the chef on duty personally spoke with us and prepared her meals directly. That peace of mind was priceless! Our butler, Rafael, took our trip to the next level. He was professional, attentive, and gave great recommendations. He sent us daily family activities, handled all restaurant reservations, arranged day passes for extra family members, and answered our questions even when off duty. Rafael truly made our stay special! My only constructive note is about the Members Club presentation on our second day. While the staff treated us wonderfully, the presentation took nearly 3 hours, and we chose not to join. I suggest letting guests enjoy the resort for a few days before proposing membership meetings. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation. A huge thank you to the chefs, staff, and especially Rafael! We can't wait to return."
