"I travel to Chicago frequently, but I usually stay outside of the downtown area. I made an exception for this hotel as it was convenient to my event at the United Center. I was really impressed! The location was awesome, the entrance felt secluded, safe and not crowded yet walkable to dozens of restaurants, Ulta, Whole Foods and public transport. If you you’re like me and typically enjoy a free breakfast at hotels, I didn’t want to pay for the one they offered even though it looked great. I found that the attached restaurants’ $5 fresh bagel and a little fruit from Whole Foods to be perfect for me. Overall I was very happy with the quality of my room, (the beds were incredibly comfortable!) and the interactions I had with staff to check in, arrange a luggage hold and a late check out. Highly recommend this hotel for the area for sure and I will likely be back!"

"The biggest issue is that when you order a Lyft or Uber to the hotel both services automatically default to the other Sonestra location."

"Small and old rooms. Coffee pods were used and not refilled. Price was expensive for the quality."
