「Very old I don’t like it 」

「Great service and constantly checks in to see if there's anything they can do. Clean rooms and newly refurbished. Staff service is great and the new decor makes it one of the best looking NY hotels for the price. Only hiccup is the ticking sounds from the bathroom lights and the drain for shower was a bit slow/clogged. I only stayed for one night but they sent staff to fix it after I left. 」

「We had a great stay. Great location. The rooftop bar and view were also a great start to our night out. Breakfast in their dining lounge was delicious. We booked a ‘classic king’ room although the bed seemed very small for a king bed. The staff were very friendly Will definitely book again! 」

「Good location with several metro entries and a CVS and many restaurants  nearby; clean but not crowded pedestrian walk in front of the hotel gate to easily get on and off the car with luggages.  Room size is okay while still bit compact to unload the big suitcase with other small ones. Amenities are okay/basic generally within our expectations. Room is quiet for us thus we had good sleep/rest. Like the breakfast offered from the destination fee, although not too many choices but basically...
