「All was good until the maid woke us at 8:49am telling us checkout was 10:00am and it wasn’t until 11:00am, which we knew already. First time in my life, 45 years of staying in hotels, that a maid did this.」
「The room key would not work and once the staff finally let us in the room there was a sock on the floor and the bed had white crust on the covers. After requesting a room change because the room was obviously not cleaned then the next room the lamp shades and curtains were covered in what looked like mold and roach droppings. When this was brought to the staffs attention they were extremely rude and did not want to refund my stay and locked themselves in the office and would not speak to me....
「It has a great location and a restaurant in the same parking lot. I booked two rooms and when I went to check in the staff acted surprised that I had two rooms. He kept saying he was booked full. We had trouble with the key cards working and could not get into the rooms. When we finally got into the rooms, the furniture was torn, the glass door on the microwave was broken. There were stains on the walls and only one light in the bedroom area worked.」
