"Hotel is renovated. Rooms very small. Breakfast very poor. No bacon, no scrambled eggs, no hot oatmeal. I would not recommend this hotel."

"We booked a king room with jacuzzi tub (booked at least a month in advance) and was told at check in that the hot tub didn't work so we would have to get a different room. She said she called but a voicemail was never left on my phone, because I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know. Every single time I tried to call the hotel (to see about an early checkin), NOBODY ever answers-called multiple times. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The bed was uncomfortable, did not sleep well. Could not close the curtains so we got woken up to the daylight as soon as it hit. Horrible experience. Will never stay here again. "

"I have always been very picky about my hotels, and wasn’t certain about booking The Hampton, but I am so glad I did. This was hands down the best experience I have EVER had with a kind, friendly, and helpful staff. While it’s true that this Hampton is not the newest hotel building in the area, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and it was a quiet stay. I stayed several days along with different family members during a family emergency and visiting the nearby hospital. They got to know us and our situation, and anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had. I am so grateful to have had such a welcoming place to come back to during such a stressful time. This should be no contest. Stay here! "

"The Baymont was a basic, inexpensive housing accommodation. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked, the staff was friendly and helpful. It provided a bed, television, refrigerator, and bathroom. I would recommend it to others!"

"I had a late arrival and was greeted at the desk and given a first floor room. I liked that the man was friendly and present. He reminded me of breakfast at 6. The entrance area is unique with an older home look (but not dated and worn) welcoming preparation of furniture and array. Then at breakfast I liked their choice of hard boiled eggs. It was a basic breakfast and had adequate healthy foods and some other items that were extras like bagels and cream cheese spread. The bedroom was clean and quiet with comfortable bed that I slept in well. "

"The room was clean, and both the hot tub and pool were heated. The staff was very polite and demonstrated professionalism. Breakfast was satisfactory; however, it would be wonderful if more gluten-free options were available. I will definitely consider staying here again. We even forgot something and was able to go back into the room to get it, after we checked out."
