「The pool wasn't available when visiting. 」

「Front desk was extremely nice. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Room was clean. Location was perfect for us. Downside was the AC unit was not working well. Humidity in the room was uncomfortable. Was only there for 2 nights and did not want the bother of changing rooms so it was not brought up to the staff. We're only there in the evening and for sleeping so it was bearable.」

「I traveled for work for several years. I generally stayed in the Hilton brand of motels. I can say that for an independent motel this motel would keep up with their standards. The motel was remarkably clean from the lobby to our room. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. I spoke to other guest and discovered that they were repeat customers. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. 」

「The staff at this property are very nice and couldn't be more accommodating. While the room was spacious and clean, it was a bit dated, with a tiny fridge and no microwave. We sure could have used both of those on our 3 day stay. One of our lamps didn't work. The biggest disappointment was that the restaurant was closed, which was not mentioned at the time of our booking. That was the main reason for our stay. 「Very quirky, cool, old style motel...very Eureka Springs. The staff was great, the bar was fun and had great food. The rooms would be much better if they didn't have carpet in them, it made the rooms a little musty Overall I would stay there again.」

「I’ve stayed at most of the lodges in Eureka Springs, and the Razorback Lodge was possibly the best value of all of them. Staff was friendly and welcoming and the room was what you would expect for ES, a clean comfortable place to lay your head. 」

「Great weekend trip. We have stayed here every time we come to Eureka Springs. The elevator was on the fritz while were there. We had 2 people in our party that cannot do stairs, the front desk went above and beyond to get a room on the entry level. Great custom service」
