「Even with a nationwide outage blocking travelers from checking in when they arrived, staff handled the situation with grace and beautiful smiles on their faces. You know it was stressful on all and nobody got upset with them. Everyone was patient and got checked in in the end. Way to be professional about hard times. Do look forward to coming back.」

「The floor in the bathroom hadn’t been swept in ages. I took pictures of the build up of debris behind the door. I felt like I needed shower shoes. The tub was stained. The elevator doors were dirty when we got there and still dirty when we left. Another guest had a big dog that barked at me and frightened me. When I told the owner his dog was scaring me the dog owner yelled at me to get over it. The front desk person did nothing to intervene with either the dog or the threatening dog owner.」

「The elevators opened from the opposite side from where you walked in. The windows didn’t looked down at the parking lot or to the back of the building but onto an inter middle garden.」

「Absolutely perfect accommodations for my handicapped husband. Plenty of room to get around with his electric wheelchair. Safety hand grips in all the right places. What a gift to the disabled traveler.」
